FlowerAdvisor came about as a result of a prominent absence of a single strong brand in Asia for International Flower & Gifts Delivery. Online users found it a struggle to discover a trusted 24 hour delivery flowers & Gifts site which can be replied upon to send flowers, hampers and gifts to their loved ones anywhere in the world. FlowerAdvisor has a network of florists which are located in more than 111 countries in the world, thus makes FlowerAdvisor as one of the biggest E Commerce Player in Asia that specializes in Flowers & Gifts 
 
Currently PT. Aldmic Indonesia are expanding and seeking for highly caliber & motivate candidates to fill the following position. 
 

Responsibility
·         Gain Traffic for our website
·         Collaborate content & creative team to refine and execute SEO recommendations.
·         Keep pace with SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and work closely with other team member to meet goals
·         Implement and monitor the effective SEO strategy
·         Optimize on-site and off-site strategy from FlowerAdvisor’s SEO
·         Back link strategy and implementation
·         Internal link optimization
·         SEO Technical analysis and evaluation
 
Requirement
·         22 years old or above
·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or related departments
·         Having at least 1 - 2 years experience in Seach Engine Optimization 
·         Familiar with SEO, HTML using Google analytics & Google webmaster tool
·         Knowledge of SEO implementation, social media targeted SEO, Using SEO tools is a plus (ex. MOZ, SEM, Rush, Majestic SEO)
·         In-depth knowledge of SEM (Google Adwords Certified/ Google Analytics Certification preffered) and SEO best practices as a value-added
·         English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is a must
·         Proactive, Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented, possess high integrity, high spirit and high motivates
