Leading creative sessions for project kick-offs. Managing multiple projects from concept through completion. Developing creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy. Establishing creative direction for the entire line of online services and programs. Gnerating multiple concepts for a campaign or project. Working with the account team, strategy team and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management. Working with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals. Managing team members. Providing quality control over concepts and projects.


We are looking for individuals:

• Min. S1 Graphic Designer / Visual Communication
  
• Familiar with Photoshop, freehand, adobe illustrator, Microsoft Office, Excel (PC/Mac)
  
• Experience in creative design for marketing programs
  
• Able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
  
• Have excellent style and taste for graphic design
  
• Creative, innovative & meticulous
  
• Friendly and strong confidence
  
• Excellent in English
  
• Has a good sense with
  
• Familiar and has experience with online marketing (social media, blogging).
