Berapa kali harus cardio dalam seminggu?
Permisi, agan-agan. Saya mau bertanya, kira-kira berapa kali ya cardio yang saya harus lakukan dalam seminggu? emoticon-Thinking Tujuan utama saya sih Fat Loss sama Gain Muscle at the same time, kalo saya pribadi seminggu 2x workout (Full Body). Terima kasih sebelumnya emoticon-Big Grin
